Effective Date: April 2026
FairPlay Rotation ("we", "our", or "the app") is designed to provide a simple, offline tool for managing player substitutions and playing time during youth soccer games.
We do not collect, store, or share any personal data, and the app does not require an account or sign-in.
All information you enter into the app (such as player names, teams, and game data) is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to any external servers.
Separately, the app sends basic, anonymous usage analytics (such as when the app is opened, a game is started, or a rotation is confirmed) to help us understand how the app is used and improve it. This is tied to a random identifier generated on your device — not your name, email, or any other personal information — and is never combined with the player, team, or game data described above.
Your player, team, and game data never leaves your device — all core app functionality operates entirely on-device, and that data remains private and under your control at all times.
Anonymous usage analytics is used only to understand overall app usage and guide future improvements. It is never used to identify you personally or to track you across other apps or websites.
FairPlay Rotation uses TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics provider, to collect the anonymous usage analytics described above. TelemetryDeck does not receive your player, team, or game data, and does not use cookies or cross-app tracking. Learn more at telemetrydeck.com/privacy.
FairPlay Rotation does not use advertising or tracking services of any kind.
We do not share your player, team, or game data with anyone — it never leaves your device. Anonymous usage analytics is shared only with TelemetryDeck, solely for the analytics purpose described above.
FairPlay Rotation is safe for all ages and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children or users of any age.
Your player, team, and game data is stored locally on your device — we do not have access to it.
If changes are made to this privacy policy, they will be updated here with a new effective date.
